Hello MiPA Members!
Our annual Midwest Book Awards Gala is just over a week away, and we couldn’t be more excited to see you in St. Paul on Saturday, June 13! If you are planning on attending the Gala, make sure to purchase your tickets here prior to the event.
As for the event itself, here is what to expect over the course of the evening:

Timeline
- Doors Open: 6:00pm please note that we will adhere to this time. Doors will not be open and you will not be able to access the venue prior to 6:00pm.
- Reception: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
- Ceremony and Presentation of Awards: 7:00pm
The ceremony and presentation will last approximately 60-90 minutes. There will be time allotted afterwards for everyone to take photos and mingle, but we are expected to be out of the venue by 9:00pm.
Food and Drink
Expect light and heavy hors d’oeuvres at the reception, along with complimentary wine. Other beverages will also be available for purchase.
